反思自己的工作，我感到自己主要在以下几个方面还存在不足：
一是尽管工作忙忙碌碌，但未能合理安排好时间，加强对党的基础理论知识的深入学习和系统学习。尤其是在工作繁忙的时候存在走走过场的想法，当前工作形势对我们的综合素质提出更高的要求，今后要进一步端正学习态度，讲求学习实效。

二、忠于职守，以党员标准严格要求自己

三、总结自己，以作为党员而骄傲
回顾自己一年来学习和工作，对照党员标准和评议标准要求，我感到，尽管自己还有许多的不足之处，有些方面还将有待于进一步提高，但自己的精神状态是良好的，工作作风是务实的，思想观念是能够与时俱进的，在过去的一年我在行动上有改进、工作上有提高。
我觉得我与新时期党员的标准之间还存在有一定的差距。还需要更多的学习理论知识，深入领会，并坚持作到身体力行。以更加饱满的学习热情，以更加积极的精神面貌，开展工作学习;还需要进一步加大对思想政治理论的学习，不断提高个人的思想理论水平。不断加强对人生观、世界观、价值观的改造，争取成为一名优秀的共产党员。
综上所述，一年来，尽管自己还存在不少缺点和不足，但我认为，自己这些缺点和不足通过我的努力一定能够克服和改正。因此党员评议要求，我认为自己基本属于合格党员。
